You will have the opportunity not only to visit selected Wineries where you will be looked after well??’ You will have the opportunity to dine in the Bodegas, savouring local food in a traditional surrounding with the appropriate wine. and you will have the opportunity to see how the wines are elaborated, to taste and to purchase. AS you will have a car you will be free to explore the countryside and to view any of the many sites that there are in Rioja. Any wines you buy will be sent to your home by reputable courier on returning your hire car, allowing you to continue on with your journey in the knowledge that your wines will be waiting you when you return.

There will be an opportunity to visit a museum explaining the History and elaboration of the wines, as well as the peripherals, corks (their history and their usage), the different types of bottles and their usage. How barrels are made and which woods are used and for what reason.
